A Toast to the Tetons: The Story Behind the Grand Tetons Barn Glasses
Few landscapes in America capture the spirit of the West quite like the rugged peaks of the Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming. Towering mountains, sweeping valleys, and historic homesteads define this iconic region. One structure in particular has become a symbol of the American frontier: the legendary T. A. Moulton Barn.
At SVP@Home, this iconic scene has inspired a striking piece of barware — the Grand Tetons Barn Whiskey Glass — a design that blends art, history, and the spirit of adventure into something you can enjoy with every sip.
The Iconic Barn That Inspired the Design
Nestled along historic Mormon Row in the Jackson Hole valley, the T. A. Moulton Barn is one of the most photographed barns in the world. Built by homesteader Thomas Alma Moulton and his family in the early 20th century, the barn stands today as the last remaining structure from their original homestead.

Constructed in stages between the early 1910s and late 1930s, the barn served as shelter for livestock and as the working heart of the family ranch. Over time, its simple log construction and distinctive gabled roof became visually inseparable from the jagged peaks of the Teton Range rising behind it.
Today, visitors and photographers from around the world gather to capture this timeless scene — To give it an old world feel, I turned the photo into a black and white image.
From Photograph to Glassware
The Grand Tetons Barn Whiskey Glass from SVP@Home transforms this legendary landscape into functional art.

I begin with an original black-and-white photograph of the barn and mountain range. The image is then digitally manipulated into a graphic pattern that wraps around the glass, creating a modern interpretation of the historic scene.
The result is a striking piece of barware that feels both rugged and refined — perfect for anyone who appreciates Western landscapes, outdoor adventure, or distinctive design.
Features include:
